What treatments do y’all use on healing or fully healed scars?

I have a few small white scars that I believe are fully healed but I’m trying bio oil on them right now and it seems like it’s helping, I also have Mederma I could try.

• also I’m around two years clean and have no thoughts or urges to self-harm anymore so it’s achievable to quit even during hard times, Therapy has helped SO much. Please take care :)
