Romance book based in Louisiana

In search of a romance book, read in the past five years, that was based in Louisiana. I read this in e book format, most likely on the Amazon kindle app for iPhone. Here’s what I remember below -

She lives with her dad and brother, definitely on the poor/bad side of the town, I believe in a mobile home park.

She may have worked with the heroine of another book by this author/potentially part of a series. This other character assumed she was shy, or maybe uninterested in friendship because she would decline invitations to go out, but it is discovered later on that it’s because of her financial status and overall shame for her current situation.

He goes looking for her or to help her, finds out where she actually lives.

Her brother is trouble/is in trouble. I believe he owed someone bad a lot of money and they raided their house, and either was kidnapped or went on the run afterwards.

Father is/was an alcoholic and is dying from it. Like on oxygen, liver failure, etc.

Hero attempts to help find the brother and fix the situation once he realizes the severity. She is not a fan of this at first but realizes she could use the help and connections, and this how they really meet and connect and get to know one another.
