Continuous light temperature change

Is there any way to make a continuous change of light temperature with respect to time? I'd like to make the light increasingly warmer as it gets later. For now a have a few discrete steps where the temperature gets decreased.

The lights are Philips hue being controlled by a zigbee controller.
