Can someone overdose to death on 8mg of Xanax and die

Any benzo like Xanax or zopiclone I do very sparingly and recreationally so my tolerance is low and I only weigh about 120 pounds. I never blacked out or mixed it with alcohol, but each time I have bad memory of what happened the night before even if I felt alert the entire time . Like I said I'm no abusing anything its just for fun once in a while with my friends so no issues there

My concern is that I asked chat gpt and hes telling me to be extremely careful and ill die but I think its being dramatic The tabs are 4mg each and I've taken 2 at the max with no other substance used at same time (just weed and ssris). Right now I've only taken 1 an hour ago and don't feel much so id like another one
