Traumatizing discharge. Normal test results?!

Hello!

[IMAGE MAY BE DISTURBING, you have been warned]

I had a hysterectomy in January and have had vaginal dryness and discomfort for several months. All tests were coming back normal so my gyno said it would fix itself in time.

In May I had an episode of dramatic discharge. We’re talking wearing a diaper and filling it up within 30 minutes. Greyish brownish, yellow, musty and very watery. Last time my gyno just told me to alternate boric acid and vaginal probiotics but all my tests were normal so no antibiotics. I knew something was off and am not unfamiliar with Metronidazole and how to get ahold of it. I took 10 days of Metro and 10 days of Keflex (ER found a UTI not surprisingly) and did what my gyno said. Everything went super duper normal.

2 weeks later I start feeling the uncomfortable tingle so every few days I rotate a boric acid and a probiotic.

1 more week later, boom. Traumatic discharge once again. 2000mg Garlic 3x a day lessened it. All tests at gyno came back, you guessed it, normal. I’m an insanely clean person and have been showering 3x a day since this started. I have ph balancing feminine wash, and all the things they say to use to “correct your imbalance.” My healing from surgery looks great according to my doctor, but this discharge is giving me UTI’s/kidney infections over and over. Do I start self treating even though my gyno isn’t doing anything about it?

I’m at such a loss about what to do.
