The problem with interacting

I have SA, Rhotacism, Lisp & Stutter often which isn't exactly a conversation starter pack. Not only am I shy when beginning a conversation but the chances my first sentence is going to be misunderstood are high. Whenever I do speak up no one understands what I say & I need a friend to help out. For example - Most would say "The presence of moisture around a metal should cause rusting.", meanwhile I say "The plesence of moistule alound a metal sould cause lusting.". This is very bullshit as it ends up in misunderstandings & just overall not understanding which ends up with my friend helping & making the other person understand. I need help on the topic & if anyone relates pls share
