How many doses would it take for you to consider the medication is not working ?

I have been on triz for 10 months from another supplier. I have lost 105 lbs. I switched to SP and I have had 2 doses and I have gained 2.5 lbs. I only have one dose left and Im struggling if I should order more and give it more time.
