Sketchy Looking Orgeat

Recently ordered a bottle of Liber and Co orgeat, excited to dig in. The unopened bottle has a bunch of white bubbles that haven't dissipated in the 35 hrs or so since I've received the delivery. Is this something to worry about, or explained by some harmless reason?
