Bravo Site is really glitchy, is this normal?

I went into site Bravo to launch a nuke so I can try and catch some legendary fish and half the area was blank with a few glitchy computers where the room was supposed to be. I usually use site alpha, so I don't know if this is a common occurrence. The game then proceeded to kick me to the curb and I had to log back in and was outside again. Wtf is going on? Is it me? Or does this happen a lot? Please be nice since I have never tried using this site before.
