Irinotecan - severe side effects

I recently reached out here about chemo effects. They recently increased the dosage of Irinotecan from 200 to 220mg. Doctors said this could be the root cause! Anyone experienced this ? His diarrhea is not controlled along with lower abdominal pain. They are now treating him!
