New repair business (tax question)

Just started a small DBA business in the ag/construction repair field. It is a home business as repairs are made at a shop at my personal property / house. Other structures / parts of the home are used for parts storage and office space. Just figured that roughly 75% of the square footage of all structures are used for business purposes. Should i be paying electric bill, internet & heating bills out of the business acct rather than a personal acct?
