Epcot Lunch help

Food, Drinks, & Dining

Prefacing with -- we live in New England. Amazing Italian (Providence or Boston) within 30 minutes in either direction. Seafood like none other. Great steak houses. Chinese, Mexican and Japanese everywhere we turn. We eat out often and food is my love language (if that is a thing).

We are struggling to find a restaurant in Epcot that looks good to us. We've been to Le Cellier every time. Did Monsieur Paul's once. Chef de France once. Rose and Crown and Hacienda, we did not enjoy. We are looking for a lunch time meal, since we plan to snack around the world for dinner.

Do we just go with old faithful, Le Cellier? Are any of the International Gateway hotels worth leaving the park for a meal? Space 220 decent? Help with real life meal experience please. Thank you. *We have the dining plan, but willing to pay OOP for some of our meals if we end up with multiple signature meals.*
