My girlfriend is mad that she can't stay at my house after vacation.

So coincidentally, me and my girlfriend planned our trips at the same time, I'd go with my family and she'd go with hers. It's getting around the time of the end of our trips and she has about a 24 hour flight (counting the layovers) and I have about a 3 hour flight. Now I absolutely hate flight, have since I was a kid and they just make me exhausted after. My girlfriend texted me the other day asking if she could come to my place and stay over night after we both got back from our trips. I told her that wouldn't be a good idea since we both are going to be extremely exhausted and probably grumpy. She sort of got mad but got over it and forgot about it the next day. She mentioned it again, and I mentioned that we'd both be tired but I miss her and if she really wants to we can. She then completely shuts down saying "no it's fine I don't want to anymore". Then gets mad at me for saying "I don't want to hang out with her" (I never said that). It's just all confusing about how upset she was at it, I told her we'd have plenty of other days to hang out and sleepover but she was just so mad she kept dragging it on. I don't know what to do. How do I talk to her about this, she's ignoring me right now.
