Timing question

I am taking Wellbutrin and Ive been prescribed Naltrexone for specific reasons; not the combo for weight loss. I have high blood pressure, I’m overweight, and middle aged. Should I take both at the same time or separately? I’m nervous about increased BP, heart rate, and anxiety, but I need to take them both. Weight loss would be helpful, but not my ultimate need. Any experience is greatly appreciated.
