Might Shift To Navi Mumbai help needed for rent

Hi , guys I am from Jharkhand and I might shift to Navi Mumbai this year within few months. I have never been to Maharashtra even before. I want single stay option 1RK within Navi Mumbai. My work location will be Kharghar Sector 10 . Is it possible to get a room and stay within a budget of 15-18k a month including rent and stuff. I am not planning to take a househelp or maid for the time being. Also suggest how can I avoid brokrage if that's possible. I have no high expenses and not planning for any unnecessary expenses in future. Your help and suggestions will help me the most.
