how does one get self confidence

im not the type of person to make this post at all but im desperate atp. i have 0 self confidence and i have no reason for it, im not an ugly guy and i have a good life, why do i feel this way. i cant interact with women anymore and my whole self perception is shot, is there anything i can do to help myself and feel good about myself again
