RGB Lights Stay On After Sleep Mode

My fan and liquid cooler rgb fans do not turn on when PC is put to sleep mode. I have already turned the rgb off when pc is in sleep, hibernate, or shutdown mode in BIOS. Problem is still here. Whoever knows how to solve this problem, please help!

Thanks in advance!!
