DOT-23 (Eng) seems to now have a hidden internal cooldown on Overcharge.

I feel like Overcharge now has a cooldown on how often it can be applied on an individual drone. Before about a couple weeks ago, I could keep a pretty good uptime on all my drones by staggering their resummoning, but it seems like now there's maybe 20 seconds or so that have to go by before I can reapply the buff. Has anyone else experienced this?
