Help!!!!!!

Hello!! So I just wanted to make a post, I have scabies at the moment (it absolutely sucks) and when I was showering I found a bumps on my right and left lip (downstairs lips) they look like pimples, but no puss, I don't think they are scabies?

I haven't been sexually active, and I'm confused on what they are! When i pop them a clear liquid comes out, and they are quite sore, I've had them for a few months and I'm getting really concerned, should I see a doctor? I'm anxious about seeing a doctor about this because I am really shy about this kind of stuff.

Any advice?
