Battle through the heaven rushed?

Hey guys, i'm very new to this chinese Anime/shows , as someone suggested i started battle through the heaven,

Havent watched much, 3 episodes of s1 (remake) And started s2, The episodes seems pretty rushed, am i watching the wrong ones or the pace is like this thorough the series (i'm watching through youtube)
