I need an advice for a friend (very urgent)

So my friend went to a sexting website and sexted with a stranger and in that she also sent her nude pic to him full body but no face. She never shared any personal detail of her with him. She has no tattoos or scars but has small birthmarks and the background is a plain wall. Taken with that website camera. It has been a month she didn't find that photo in when searched through tineye, Google lens and picdetective. She is now very scared of someone recognising her.No one has seen her naked. In that website there is an option to download the image. she used guest account + incognito and that account is gone as soon as she closed that incognito window and since she is a guest user once he logs out all the chat with her will be gone for him too. She has nk contact with him after that. She is feeling very guilty and shame I dont know what to do. She is scared of being recognised by someone who knows her.
