Senheiser ACENTUM keeps being in transperency mode on my Laptop

I just bought a new pair of Senheiser ACENTUM, and everytime i try to watch something on my laptop it insist on being in transperancy mode, i even downloaded the app, but it doesnt work.

It can ANC but as soon as i start soemthing it goes to transperancy mode.
