Need help, Treadmill suggestions

Budget 20k can stretch 1-2k more, most of the treadmills i see have very narrow belt width. I am above 6", hence wide belt area is required. Also wanted to ask if walking pads are any good, even the one with heigher rated weight capacity dont look durable.
