Problem in verification(please answer)

I got discrepancie in verification of sub-catergory certificate. When I click on remove discrepancies , i get upload window but I don't have valid document to re-upload so Will I be eligible for counselling? Because They didn't give any verification letter which says that I am eligible for counselling so far.
