question

my waist is naturally 59cm (around 23 inches) which i know is small, but i’m a small framed girl overall, it doesn’t stand out as much as i would like. so i’m thinking about buying a corset (customized one).

i would like to achieve around 55-56cm (around 21-22 inches). is my goal realistic? and is it bad if i start practicing tight lacing without going to a doctor first?
