Difficulty of Graduate Physics Classes

Hi, The title says it all. Incoming PhD student in applied math but heavy physics focus. I took a few during my UG at Umich and they were a little bit more difficult than the UG classes which weren’t difficult. Maybe 4-6 hours a week outside of class per class.
