Im going into month 2 of youtube, ive been studying alot of the top producers in my niche, working hard on script. finally made the jump and used a clone of my own voice. My main issue has been retention on my videos, I get people to watch but not stay for long. Primarily looking for feedback on pacing, story setup, thumbnails, and so on.
