Anyone here from Middle East?

Was curious to learn how people manage vitiligo in extreme heat in the Middle East, especially if you wear camouflage? I need to travel to Dubai for work reasons and was hoping for some advice. I have a spot on my forehead (large enough). I cover that with camouflage (usually with products from Zanderm), which are quite decent for the Northern Europe weather. It usually only comes off when I sweat, which I think is probably very likely in places like Dubai in the summer months (even if you are outside for 5/10min). Appreciate any advice people can share.
