Fought my maintenance transfer denial letter… AND I WON! 😎

So about a month ago I posted talking about how I was denied a level 7 Maintenance Mechanic position because management was claiming I had a “unacceptable attendance record”. In reality they didn’t know how to read an OWCP code on my 3972… so I reached out to the head of maintenance and reached out to the APWU to help me resolve this issue. The head of maintenance management never responded to my email but the APWU maintenance director helped me resolve this issue. He explained to the decision maker downtown the issue and maintenance management quickly reversed my denial and I officially got my jib offer today ill be starting at the end of the month! So just an fyi to folks who may of had this similar issue… fight your denial letter. You will be able to overcome it!
