Resident Evil 4 Ultimate HD's lag/frame rate issues on PC?

I'm playing Resident Evil 4 ultimate HD on PC and noticed at points the game's frame rate can really lag in sections and go super slow, although my PC have the recommended requirements, would anyone know of any fixes?
