Restaurant recommendations in Bernkastel-Kues and Cochem

Hi everyone,

I am visiting Bernkastel-Kues and Cochem next week and after doing some research, I was very shocked by all the negative experiences about restaurants in those cities. Overpriced tourist traps, bad quality etc.

So does anyone have any good recommendations? Either small/fun places where the wine flows richly and the food is honest, or just a plain good brauhaus with large beers and authentic German food (I'm a sucker for Schweinhaxe).
