Arms or Fury?

Hey everyone, new player here to turtle wow.

Been wanting to play a warrior but want to know what your guys opinions and thoughts are on Arms vs Fury?
Both leveling and end game.

From what I've understood - fury gives you somewhat of a good selfhealing and, arms is arms..?

Thankful for any input at all!
