UK - External Connection Issues

So I have just moved over to BT/EE FTP.

Plex is setup, and shows as fully accessible outside your network.

Port forwarding is done.

Using a 2168x Draytex, is this a BT/EE or am I missing something, worked fine in the past.

IPs match on plex and in my router so do not think this is a double NAT issue.

Plex server is directly connected to router so no switch / vlans interfering.
