I got signed out and now all my posts, comments, saves, and communities are gone

I didn’t have my phone for about a week and it was turned all the way off. When I got back on Reddit I had been signed out. I signed back in and all of the communities I joined are gone along with all my posts, comments, and saves. It says I have 1 Karma. I don’t understand what happened. Can anybody help? Thank you!
