F2 Radar

Just unlocked the 13.7 F-2 was excited for this plane as I expected the radar to be really good since it was the first aesa radar irl.

Finding it incredibly hard to lock anyone, it only has TWS and ACM. When I use tws it cant keep a solid lock on a moving target and acm will get stuck in track mem when I try to swap targets. Is this a massive skill issue or is this just how the plane is? I'd prefer if it just had a regular search pd mode.
