Roblox studio is being really weird

My roblox studio is really odd right now.

Whenever i select a model (or attempt to atleast) im only able to select one part of it and never the whole thing, even when i do select the entire model in workspace i am unable to move it all together unless i select it all.

As well, i can only move things when they are not anchored. If it is anchored moving it with select or move will not work at all.

Whats wrong?
