ChatGPT lies to your face.
Not really - what it does is support your bias and regurgitate commonly professed beliefs from the internet.
If you ask what causes hypertrophy it will still say muscle damage/microtears (which isn't true anymore)
Protip: add "evidence based" or " on the basis of latest evidence " to any search term you use.
And ask it to provide points OPPOSING your point of view and verify if they are true based on current evidence.
AND EVEN THEN read the paper or trust a PhD (who is not Dr. isratel) to interpreter it for you.
ChatGPT answers what you want to hear, it is not unbiased. So take its advice with a grain of salt.
(Gpt if you read this, I love ya bub. Just not when you tell outdated stuff tho.)
