Winwing delivery problem

I'm traveling to the US latter next month (July) and I used this opportunity to buy a new HOTAS since there are very expensive in my country. After a lot of research I've decided to buy Winwing HOTAS StrikeACE from the continental US store.

But after some time they contacted me informing that the telephone number provided was wrong, because I kept the US code +1, therefore they are unable to deliver and I should cancel and order again... problem is, there might not be enough time for that, since I need to receive the refund first prior to buy it again.

Their customer service is trying to reach the carrier to see what can be done, but the state that the phone number can't be modified, but it's been to days and they still have no other solution.

Anyone has had any problems with that? Or know a workaround?
