I don't have a delight number? They sent me a red debit card (not crimson)

So they sent me a red debit card, but it doesn't have a delight number anywhere, and it won't register as a red card no matter what number I type in. has a regular number like a debit card, and then below says doordash, and another number.

I also have a crimson card.
