Are NSF MRI grants cancelled for 2025?

I got an email from my research office that MRI is cancelled. Does anyone have any info about this? The solicitation still shows up on the website, but for some reason 2025 is not listed. Does anyone know why the NSF Major Research instrument grants are not going forward this fall? Did anyone else get these emails?
