Didn’t get the packs from Legend rank?

I hitted legend last month, opened the game and saw the notification with the 7 rares, 5 packs & 1 epic, I then did the tavern brawl before reset to get the free pack. I then went to open the packs and only had 1 to open.

Does anyone else got that issue?
