High PAPP-A

Has anyone had their 12 week combined screening results come back with a high PAPP-A? Mine came back at 3.5 MoM. I asked my hospital and they just said it wasn't a concern (which is good) but I see a fair bit of research that it can be associated with increased risk of placenta accreta. Normal range seems to be 0.5 to 2.5 MoM.

Has anyone had a higher than normal reading of PAPP-A before? Was there any impact on your pregnancy?
