Configuring SNMP using xClarity Controller to raise alerts in Automate

We are currently being stomped trying to get xClarity configured to raise alerts with Automate Monitors. We received the MIBS and selected the correct OID for diskHealth Monitoring. We went to the xClarity controller, where there are options to set up SNMP, but we have not found any guides to point us in the correct direction.
