Mid period migraines

I started getting migraines and fatigue day 3-7 on my period. Anyone experience this? I’m on .05 estradiol patch and 150mg progesterone. I used to get these symptoms leading up to my period but the progesterone fixed that. I see my Dr in a couple of weeks but wanted to know if anyone has had a similar symptoms.
