Looking for a flatmate in lajpat nagar

Hello, I am looking for a flatmate who can move in at my flat, lajpat nagar 2. I am moving out soon and need a flatmate as soon as possible. Here are the details:- It's 3bhk house ,with one room each. The vacant room has a balcony attached . Overall rent - 10,266 (includes rent ,cook,maid and garbage) This is the fixed amount every month. Other than this around 1500 is a ONE TIME maintainance charge (includes the rent of ac for one whole year provided in the room) so it's a charge for the whole year ,till may-june 2026.

There is kitchen,washroom beside the room and everything else is fully furnished (all you have to do is move in with you necessities) Groceries are shared among the three and barely cost around 1k per month. Rest remains gas and electricity bill ( not expensive) For me , including my personal charges and travel charges ,I spend around 16k or sometimes barely 17k per month so it's a great deal, don't worry. 600m from lajpat nagar metro station. Market ,kirana stores, chemist shop , everything available nearby [ main lajpat central market is near too] I am a student so don't worry it's a great deal for a student as well as any working professional as the other two of my roommates are working professionals. Overall full privacy, no interference,guests allowed for visits and stay and roommates are all cool sooo ....dm if you like the deal or share it among who needs it
