Looking for Vendors for the Accessibility Expo at the Oklahoma State Fair
I’m working with the Oklahoma State Fair this year to help expand accessibility efforts, and one of the new things we’re doing is an Accessibility Expo on the final Sunday of the Fair (September 21).
We’re looking for vendors, service providers, nonprofits, and businesses that offer services, supports, programs, or products that benefit disabled Oklahomans. If that’s you or someone you know, we’d love to have you apply.
The Expo will feature a mix of vendors and short presentations on a small stage. You can apply to do either or both. We already have some great state agencies and community programs signed up, but we want to include a wide range of groups doing important work in this space.
The booth fee is $100, but scholarships are available if the fee is a barrier. Vendors will get a table and chairs. Anything else you want to bring for your booth is up to you. Power is available at some spots. Full rules and details are at the link below.
Spots are limited. We don’t have a strict deadline, but we have limited space and expect to wrap up applications by early August.

If you know someone we should reach out to, let me know in the comments or DM me. Feel free to share this with others who might want to participate.
