Am I in the clear?

Today is my fourth day off of a very, very low dose of subs. Yesterday was the worst but very manageable. I had mild chills and waves of being cold and hot. I had some achy joints and some anxiety. Then at night I had some restlessness but more or less slept through the night. Today I feel mostly fine. I know the half life for subs is a bit longer. Is it reasonable to think the worst is over or will there be good days and bad days?
