Pros/Cons of X series?

Looking to buy a Jackson Dinky as a workhorse and upgrade platform. I am looking to learn more about the hardware quality here based on anyone experience, as I've had experiences with Floyd-Rose equipped guitars in that price range (Ltd brand) that were not positive, would just not stay in tune. Any insight into the quality of the different Jackson tiers is appreciated.
