Withdrawals?

Anybody else experience this when you start to lose consistency with praying or reading your Bible? Sometimes I get this anxiety in my chest for no reason. For me personally I think it is God giving me this physical symptom as a reminder. It's like God telling me "hey you haven't talked to me or hey you need to read my word" I almost see it as me going through withdrawals from my "drug" which is Jesus.
