Crying to see 911 on Nagish

So, I found out about Nagish today. It has 911 abilities!! I can call 911 and have transcriptions as quickly as hearing people. My gosh, I’m sobbing because I have called 911 in an emergency and had to just say whatever I thought was important, address, Deaf, event, or who I needed to come. And it was a nightmare. I’ve been home since 2008, without much contact with Deaf or working. I came on Reddit to look at what type of work is available now… I found technology I didn’t know existed for us now.

I never thought I would see the day I could call 911 in an emergency, ever
